How do I coach?

 

I do believe that inside every one of us already exists the solution to most of our problems. This approach becomes visible in a coaching process, where a solution is worked-out and finally released with the support and assistance of a coach.

 

As a coach, I do not only bring my experience on the table. Above all, I do offer the empathy, sensitivity and active listening that any process and exchange between humans requires. Intuition and a strong connection create the kind of resonance between us that supports and catalyzes the generation of new ideas and impulses.

 

Targeted questions lead you to more clarity of thoughts, give you structure for future actions and help you to focus on your goal. I do also activate and promote your creative drive in a suportive manner. Together we will rediscover your own resources and potential. And always, keeping in focus your progress.

 

Our coaching process offers you the freedom you need to work intensively on the topics and objectives you have defined.

 

The foundation for a successful coaching process is building a relationship based on trust and respect.

 

 

How does a coaching work?

 

Just write me a short message using the contact form or call me personally. I would be happy to arrange a first meeting with you to get to know each other. It goes without saying that the first contact is always non-binding and free of charge.

 

  • In a first meeting, we clarify what your concern is and what you would like to achieve or solve.

  • Then we discuss the approach and the framework for your coaching. These are set out in a contract - as is the duration of the coaching process. Transparency and commitment are paramount here.

  • After you have agreed a coaching process with me, we will determine the starting point in your first session and we will set the goal.

  • In the further sessions we look at the connections, resolve patterns and beliefs, identify new options for action and examine options. Your resources and skills will be strengthened and used.

  • We regularly monitor the development of your success and conclude the coaching with a final meeting when you reach your goal.

 

The professional quality standards and the basic ethical understanding of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) apply to my coaching. Confidentiality, transparency and neutrality are particularly important.
