Who am I?

 

Sport has always played a central role in my personal development. It helped me in my education, to grow as human, to search for alliances, to correct deficits and always using personal defeats as a personal ally for my growth.

 

My sport is olympic wrestling. I've never been an excellent athlete. In fact, I was pretty limited as athlete, as on many other things in my life. Thanks to a injury in my back, I started a magical career as international referee in wrestling. In sport, where everything changes very quickly, successes and defeats are two sides of the same coin. Today you are the Golden Boy, tomorrow your name from the list to participate at the Olympic Games is deleted. From heaven straight to hell. Such moments are replayed a thousand times in your head. Over and over.

 

It is often not easy to get off that hamster wheel. But you can learn how to do it, like everything in life. The assistance of a coach is of great held in these situations. Allow me to accompany you on your personal development and to create more clarity and courage to make the right decisions.

Born in Madrid in 1977.

Master degree in Engineering in Spain.

Master degree in Business Management in France.

Master degree in Personal Coaching (ICF) and Organizational Leadership.

Master degree in International Politics.

 

20 years of professional experience in multinational coorporations (BASF and John Deere) in the areas of marketing, sales, supply chain, consulting and project management.

 

International referee in wrestling with participation at 3 Olympic Games: Paris 2024, Tokyo 2020 and London 2012 and numerous world championships.

 

In the last years I have been working as Educator and Coach for the IOC in many countries around the world: Pakistan, Argentina, Guinea, USA, France, Tunisia... There, I support teams and organizations in dealing with a wide variety of problems and challenges and preparing them for the future with confidence and security.

 

After many coaching processes and seminars, I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge, which I now offer to you.
