Stress Management
The Stress Management Program, initially designed for organisations, has the aim to help people to take responsibility for their own state of mind and to gain control over stress and anxiety.
Investing in a positive mental health does not only helps individuals and organizations to improve their physical and mental health, it has also been proven to be one of the most effective and sustainable mean for increasing performance, diminishing anxiety and reducing the number of sick days.
In order to successfully reduce your stress in a sustainable way, it is important that you work on yourself over a sufficient period of time to better understand which factors are the greatest stressors and then, develop routines to deal with them effectively. My work is to support you on this task. Together we will analyze different situations and develop strategies that can be easily and quickly integrated into your everyday life.
You will learn to care about yourself and make clear decisions that are good for you.

Duration of the program

The program runs over a period of 12 weeks with one session per week. So, we will have enough time and opportunity between sessions to reflect on the work and review the progress.
