Ultimately, success depends on how well people work together. The Silver Medal program supports you in bringing the people in your team into an inspiring collaboration, called synergy. Especially at the beginning, when a new team is formed or you take over a team as its leader, there is an opportunity to consciously activate, shape and cultivate the team dynamics. When team members support each other, trust each other, understand each other and are committed towards a common goal, the outcome and performance increases, especially when under high pressure.
Good leadership is a question of attitude and behaviour. In this program we will work on both aspects. You will sharpen your inner compass for the new leading role and thus gain confidence and sovereignty even in challenging situations. Additionally, you will learn useful techniques for effective communication and increase the team's level of motivation, potential and capability.
Duration of the program

The program runs over a period of 10 weeks with one session per week. So, we will have enough time and opportunity between sessions to reflect on the work and review the progress.
